-We may ask for your name, address and e-mail address when entering a competition or other promotional campaigns to enable us to administer the events as well as to notify the winners.

-We may also use the information to update you of the functionality changes, if any, to our website as well as our new products and special or promotional offers.

The information that you input may be used outside the European Economic Area for the purposes of processing and maintaining your Account with us. Any transfer of personal information outside the European Economic Area will be done in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in strict compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Our Data Protection Officer will promptly revert to you and in normal circumstances within 5 working days. Please note that a statutory fee of £10.00 will be levied prior to accessing this information.

However, you are rest assured that a credit check is only performed to confirm your identity, but will not affect your credit rating. All information will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
